如果用戶設置(zhi)的(de)數控(kong)開(kai)料鋸(ju)氣體氣壓(ya)過(guo)低,那么在(zai)工作時(shi)(shi)數控(kong)等離(li)子(zi)開(kai)料鋸(ju)的(de)離(li)子(zi)弧(hu)的(de)噴出速度就(jiu)會減弱,接著輸入(ru)(ru)的(de)空(kong)氣流量也就(jiu)會小于規定值(zhi),這就(jiu)會造成(cheng)形(xing)不(bu)成(cheng)高能量、高速度的(de)等離(li)子(zi)弧(hu),結(jie)果就(jiu)是(shi)造成(cheng)切(qie)(qie)口質量差、切(qie)(qie)不(bu)透(tou)、切(qie)(qie)口積(ji)瘤的(de)現象(xiang)。其中(zhong)數控(kong)開(kai)料鋸(ju)氣壓(ya)不(bu)足的(de)原(yuan)因有空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)輸入(ru)(ru)空(kong)氣不(bu)足,空(kong)氣調(diao)節閥調(diao)壓(ya)過(guo)低,電(dian)磁閥內有油(you)污,氣路不(bu)通(tong)暢等。這里我們(men)要(yao)求操(cao)作數控(kong)開(kai)料鋸(ju)的(de)人員在(zai)使用前(qian)注意(yi)觀察空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)輸出壓(ya)力顯(xian)示,如不(bu)符合(he)要(yao)求,要(yao)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)進行調(diao)整,以免造成(cheng)原(yuan)料和時(shi)(shi)間的(de)浪(lang)費(fei)。
另外當數控開料鋸的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)0.45MPa時,通常(chang)我們(men)將(jiang)判斷切(qie)割(ge)輔(fu)助氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)高,則在等(deng)數控開料鋸形成(cheng)(cheng)離子弧(hu)(hu)后(hou),過(guo)大的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)流會(hui)吹(chui)散集中的(de)(de)弧(hu)(hu)柱(zhu),使弧(hu)(hu)柱(zhu)能(neng)量(liang)分散,減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)弱了等(deng)離子弧(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)切(qie)割(ge)強度。造成(cheng)(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)高的(de)(de)原因有:輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)調解不當、空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)濾減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)調節(jie)過(guo)高或者是空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)濾減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)發(fa)失效。這里我們(men)要(yao)求(qiu)操作(zuo)(zuo)人員需要(yao)檢查空(kong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機是否調整合(he)適,空(kong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機和空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)濾減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)是否失調。開機后(hou),如旋轉空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)濾減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)調節(jie)開關(guan),表示無變(bian)化,說(shuo)明空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)濾減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)失靈,需更換。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)或檢修空(kong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機。如輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)已達到要(yao)求(qiu),應檢查空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)濾減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)調節(jie)是否正確(que),表壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)顯示能(neng)否滿足(zu)切(qie)割(ge)要(yao)求(qiu)。否則應對空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)過(guo)濾減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)進行日常(chang)維護保(bao)(bao)養,確(que)保(bao)(bao)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)干燥、污(wu)油污(wu)。如果(guo)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)質量(liang)差,會(hui)造成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)磁閥(fa)內產(chan)生油污(wu),閥(fa)芯開啟(qi)困難,閥(fa)口不能(neng)完全打開。另外。割(ge)矩噴嘴氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)低(di),還需要(yao)換電(dian)磁閥(fa);氣(qi)(qi)路截面(mian)變(bian)小也會(hui)造成(cheng)(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)低(di),可(ke)按說(shuo)明書要(yao)求(qiu)更換氣(qi)(qi)管。
