First of all, the automatic edge banding machine is made from metal and used for metal processing, of which, the working principle is to use the frictional impact between two metals for cleaning and optimization. Therefore, the wearing and tearing are inevitable for edge banding machine during work, and furthermore, the wearing conditions are quite serious in general. Then the most significant key for the maintenance lies in the application of lubricant for slowing down the wearing conditions and extending the service life of the machine, but the lubricant cannot be overused, and the wearing relief effect is not particularly obvious. Therefore, the maintenance key lies in the maintenance of accessories of the edge banding machine. The machine shall be checked regularly, and the damaged components shall be replaced in time. In particular, the damaged steel ball shall be replaced in time, or the castings will be worn.
Installation procedures of automatic edge banding machine:
1. Remove the packaging of fixed mechanical parts.
2. Put the machine on the ground and adjust them to be level.
3. Fix the coil edge banding materials on the machine with the storage turntable.
4. Connect external power cable, and 220V 50HZ three-phase four-wire power supply, and ensure the main power cable diameter is more than 4cm2.
5. Connect the air source.
6. Connect the suction pipe to the dust removal device.
7. Check whether the voltage is normal, and ensure the compressed air is sufficient and dry.
